Fossil wood

Iron rich petrified wood, with some Manganese presence from the Cretaceous period, around 3 million years ago.

All our large fossil wood specimens come from Indonesia.

This wood was Fossilised, or "petrified" at the end of the Cretaceous period, as the earth was struck by a meteor killing up to 90% off all life on earth (including non-avian dinosaurs such as T-rex!)

This wood lived through an era of Earth's history dominated by giant lizards!
